When I moved to Stockholm almost two and half years ago I knew nothing about cooking except how to make omelette? Then after one year, one morning every thing changed, just like in the movies. I woke up and I had this confidence that I can cook everything, since then I have been cooking pretty good dishes without looking at any recipe.
